The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that they have contracted with Advance Wood & Painting to repair/repaint all of the common area wrought iron. The project has been scheduled for the beginning of April 2024. More details to follow.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that they have contracted with Quikel Paving for the community asphalt/slurry project. More information will follow once the contract is fully executed.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the tree trimming contract was awarded to New Generation Landscape. The tree trimming project has started and it will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.

Recently the Board of Directors have approved a proposal to water proof the tennis court block wall to mitigate the water intrusion coming from the slope. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the internet construction Phase I of the fiber optic project has finally begun. Sifi will be trenching the perimeter of the association and not entering at the grounds at the time. More details will follow about the project in the upcoming weeks.
