The Board of Directors have recently awarded the wood replacement contract to RAYCO Exteriors and the project will commence at the beginning of May 2022. At the same time First Street and Painting will be painting the newly installed wood. This project will take approximately two-three months to complete.

Your Association’s Annual Meeting of the Members was held on December 15, 2021. The Election of Directors was completed and the Election Results were posted in the bulletin boards. Three (3) Directors were elected for a two (2) year term and two (2) Directors were elected for a one (1) year term.

The Annual Meeting will be held on November 30, 2021 at 6:00pm and the Annual Notice with the candidates has been posted at the bulletin boards. Also, Management is preparing the Ballots and will be mailed at the end of October. If there are any questions please contact management.

Tomorrow’s scheduled Board of Director’s meeting has been cancelled. We apologize in advanced to any member that had made plans to attend the meeting. Please join us at the next Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 7:00pm.
