The internet construction Phase II of the fiber optic has begun. Phase II includes the installation of the cable within common area landscape and units. At this time the duration of the phase is to be determined. More details will follow about the project in the upcoming weeks.

The Board is pleased to announce that the three heaters have been re- placed at the two pool locations. There were two heaters at the north/south location and one pool heater at the south location.
Dear Placentia Lakes Residents: At the recent Placentia Lakes Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved Aquatic Balance to replace the two spa heaters at the north and south location. Approval has been given to Aquatic Balance and the new heaters will be installed very soon.
