Recently the Board of Directors have approved a proposal to water proof the tennis court block wall to mitigate the water intrusion coming from the slope. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the internet construction Phase I of the fiber optic project has finally begun. Sifi will be trenching the perimeter of the association and not entering at the grounds at the time. More details will follow about the project in the upcoming weeks.

The association did not reach quorum for the Adjourned Annual Meeting on December 19, 2022. Only 37 ballots were received, with that said at this time the existing Board terms will roll over for another year.
